The Castleton State College Alumni Association recognizes the outstanding contributions and achievements of its faculty through the Outstanding Faculty Award. This award recognizes a faculty member whose "excellence in teaching influences students well beyond graduation."

All alumni and graduating seniors are encouraged to nominate a current or retired faculty member for this award. All nominations should be returned to the Alumni Office no later than 4:00 pm Friday, April 2, 2010.  No handwritten nominations will be accepted.  The Award is given out at Commencement each year.
